Currently, we're on the lookout for a highly creative and self-motivated Installer to join our spectacularly talented team, recognized as the best in the world at what they do!

As an Installer, you'll be hands-on with some of the most exciting themed attractions, immersive environments, experiential installations, and custom-designed elements in the industry. You’ll play an essential role in bringing our projects to life—working directly on major theme park attractions, entertainment venues, and large-scale specialty installations. Expect a dynamic workflow involving travel, adaptable schedules, and daily problem-solving alongside project managers, fabricators, and on-site partners.
What You’ll Do:
- Install themed elements, signage, scenic components, lighting features, and custom-fabricated pieces for major theme parks and entertainment venues
- Read and interpret shop drawings, plans, technical diagrams, and field instructions
- Execute installations safely, efficiently, and with exceptional craftsmanship
- Collaborate with project managers, fabricators, and on-site partners to ensure flawless execution
- Troubleshoot issues on site and adjust installations as needed
- Represent the company professionally while working in high-visibility client environments
- Travel frequently to project sites (including out of state), with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and extended shifts when required
- Other duties as assigned

Who You Are:
- A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- A skilled installer with strong craftsmanship and field problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working at heights, on lifts, and within active construction zones
- Reliable, adaptable, and professional while working in high-visibility client settings
- An excellent communicator who works well with multiple teams
Your Qualifications:
- Experience installing themed entertainment, signage, scenic construction, construction/finish carpentry, or related specialty fabrication
- Ability to work confidently from drawings and use hand/power tools proficiently
- Strong communication skills and a positive, adaptable attitude
- Comfortable working at heights and in active construction environments
- Valid driver’s license required; OSHA certifications a plus
- Sense of Humor and Communication Skills: Maintain a positive attitude and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Pride in Work: Take ownership of your role and responsibilities
