Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of portable sanitation services, including scheduling, route planning, and equipment maintenance
- Supervise and coordinate a team of field staff, providing clear guidance and support to ensure high standards of service and safety
- Manage staff training on sanitation procedures, safety regulations, and customer service expectations
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations related to industrial cleaning and sanitation practices
- Monitor service quality through site inspections, customer feedback, and operational audits to maintain exceptional standards
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction

Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial services, or industrial cleaning environments with a focus on sanitation management
- Strong staff supervision and team management skills with demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication skills for effective managerial interactions and customer service excellence
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to commercial cleaning and janitorial operations
- Experience in managing sanitation or laundry services within hospitality or hotel settings is a plus
