Our growing general dental practice is expanding its full arch dental implant program, and
we're looking for an exceptional Implant Treatment Coordinator to join our team.
This is not a traditional front desk position.
You'll become the trusted guide for patients considering life-changing dental implant treatment.

What You'll Be Responsible For
● Meet with patients following their consultation with the doctor
● Build trust and create an exceptional patient experience
● Present treatment plans and review financial options
● Help patients understand the value of recommended treatment
● Answer questions with confidence, empathy, and professionalism
● Coordinate financing and payment arrangements
● Follow up with patients who have not yet started treatment
● Guide each patient through their treatment journey from consultation to completion
● Work closely with the doctor and clinical team
● Maintain accurate documentation and track case acceptance

Preferred Experience
● Treatment Coordinator, Patient Care Coordinator, or dental office experience
● Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financing
● Implant or full arch experience is a plus, but not required
