About the role:
Domin8 LED Posts installs and removes real estate sign posts across the Hattiesburg area. We’re hiring a dependable part-time installer to put posts in the ground, pull them when listings close, and keep our equipment organized. It’s outdoor, hands-on work with a flexible schedule — great for someone who wants steady part-time hours without being chained to a desk.
What you’ll do:
- Install and remove sign posts at residential and commercial properties
- Load, transport, and unload posts and signage
- Take quick photos to confirm completed installs
- Keep your truck/equipment stocked and in good shape
- Communicate install status promptly
What we’re looking for:
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
- Comfortable using a phone for job updates and photos
- Shows up on time, every time — punctuality is non-negotiable
- Experience with manual labor, landscaping, or installs is a plus (but we’ll train the right person)
