This role is responsible for leading all aspects of Human Resources while serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and operational teams. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing long-term people strategies and rolling up their sleeves to solve day-to-day business challenges.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership
· Serve as a member of the leadership team providing HR guidance.
· Lead organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Utilize HR metrics and analytics to support business decisions.
Employee Relations
· Serve as the primary advisor on employee relations matters.
· Coach managers on performance management, investigations, coaching, discipline, and conflict resolution.
· Conduct workplace investigations while ensuring consistency and legal compliance.
· Promote a positive, engaging, and high-performance culture.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
· Develop recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
· Partner with hiring managers to improve hiring quality and speed.
· Oversee onboarding and orientation programs.
Development
· Coach leaders on effective management practices.
· Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
· Foster accountability throughout the organization.
Compensation & Benefits
· Oversee compensation programs including bonus and incentive programs.
· Partner with benefits vendors and brokers to ensure competitive offerings.
· Ensure compliance with benefit regulations.
HR Operations
· Develop policies, procedures, and best practices.
· Ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.
· Improve HR processes through automation and continuous improvement.
Compliance & Risk Management
· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
· Maintain employee handbook and HR policies.
Qualifications Preferred
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
· 7+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience
· Experience supporting multi-site operations
· Strong employee relations and investigations experience
· Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
· Strong coaching and leadership skills
· Experience with HRIS systems (ADP, etc.)
