Hulcher Services is hiring a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow a team of outside sales professionals across railroad service lines.
If you’ve managed field sales teams and have sold equipment, logistics, transportation, or industrial services, this is a high-impact role with strong earning potential and real authority to drive growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead from the front – manage, coach, and develop a team of field sales specialist
- Drive revenue – build pipeline, close deals, and expand territory market share
- Stay in the field – work directly with customers and support your team on key opportunities
- Own performance – set expectations, hold the team accountable, and deliver results
- Partner with operations to ensure execution and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales leader (3+ years managing outside/field sales teams)
- Background in industrial services, equipment sales, logistics, transportation, construction, or related industries
- Track record of hitting revenue targets and growing territories
- Comfortable being hands-on – this is not a sit-behind-the-desk role
- Strong closer who can win business and develop people
- Willing to travel up to 75%
