We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations in North America on new equipment for Food Home & Personal Care and Wine & Spirits. He/she will be responsible for customers' satisfaction while managing relations with other internal stakeholders, ultimately ensuring Sidel's sales strategy implementation.
- Develop deep, multi-level relationships within assigned accounts.

Build and execute account plans to increase market share and long-term partnership value.

Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities

Act as single point of contact to coordinate internal stakeholders (engineering, PM, service, finance).

Ensure smooth project handover, follow-up during execution, and support through final acceptance.

Identify, qualify, and develop new accounts within the packaging and processing industry.

Proactively generate opportunities through market mapping, prospecting, and industry

Position value-based solutions tailored to customer production, efficiency, and ROI objectives.

Lead commercial negotiations and close high-value capital equipment projects.

Expand footprint within target segments and strategic growth areas.

Define and execute territory sales strategy aligned with company objectives.

Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting.

Monitor market trends, customer CAPEX plans, and competitor activity.

Protect and enhance margins through value-based selling and structured negotiations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

3-5 years of proven experience in sales account management, preferably within the packaging, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.

Experience working with multinational clients and cross-functional teams is an asset.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (French is an asset).

Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Project management skills are a plus.
