Atlanta based General Contractor looking to hire a seasoned superintendent/foreman with at least 3-5 year of experience in the commercial construction field. Typical projects will be commercial, state and federal work. We have both local, state and national projects so this position will require coverage for any projects as needed. When traveling, per diems are paid.
This position will be responsible for managing/executing projects from beginning to end, including staffing, budgets, maintaining policies, keeping the site safe and maintaining a set schedule.
This position will also be responsible for completing all phases of on-site supervision and be able to manage paperwork and provide professional communications between our firm and our subcontractors.

- Ability to layout/read plans and details.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects with high quality, on budget, and on time.
- Ability to see the big picture while managing the details.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
- Attention to detail, quality and safety of all projects and sites.
- Skilled in giving coaching and feedback to employees and/or subs.
- Ability to follow direction and ask for clarification or help when necessary.
- Basic computer and phone skills (text, email, voicemail)
- This position is a working superintendent position. Tools and self-performing tasks on projects are crucial.
Candidate will need to pass a criminal and vehicle background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $67,500.00 per year
