Short Job Overview: As Team Lead, you'll be responsible for ensuring every customer has a a smooth and stress-free move. This requires leadership, attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to keep your team organized and motivated throughout the day.
Previous moving experience is a plus, but it's not required. We're willing to train the right candidate (this typically takes about 2 months with little or no experience.) Pay is $25-$30 per hour (including tips.) Pay during training $22 - $26 per hour (including tips.)
General Job Duties:
- Driving NON-CDL box trucks.
- Prep and protect furniture and fragile items.
- Lead your team to safely and efficiently move customer belongings.
- Oversee light disassembly and assembly of furniture.
- Provide great customer service.

- At least 21 years old with a good driving record

Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
