● Perform all duties assigned to the Maintenance Director.
● Repairs and Maintenance of buildings, grounds, equipment, and vehicles as assigned.
● Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance and custodial personnel.
● Ensure facilities comply with applicable health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations.
● Develop and monitor maintenance budgets and recommend facility improvements.
● Coordinate projects with contractors, vendors, and district administrators.
● Maintain accurate maintenance records, inventories, and work orders.
● Respond to facility emergencies and after-hours issues as needed which includes snow removal.
Pay: $20.00 - $28.06 per hour
