- Provide emergency medical care to patients in urgent situations

- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

Valid medical license to practice in the state

Completion of residency in Emergency Medicine

Strong clinical skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments

Experience in emergency medical services is preferred
Schedule: 1,536 hours per year
No call requirement
Annual Volume: 45-50K patients
Lots of geriatrics with increasing acuity levels
60% clinical, 40% administrative
No trauma cases
CVU, vertical care space, observation unit, and fast-track
Will supervise physicians, APPs, and nurses
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
