What You'll Do
As a BCBA, you'll play a vital role in helping children with autism achieve meaningful progress through individualized, evidence-based ABA services.
- Develop, oversee, and update individualized ABA treatment plans
- Analyze client data and make programming adjustments to support progress
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Conduct caregiver training and support families throughout treatment
- Complete progress reports and clinical documentation
- Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, and other clinical evaluations
- Perform initial assessments and treatment plan development for new clients
- Collaborate with families and clinical team members to ensure exceptional outcomes
What Total Care ABA requires from you:
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Must reside in North Carolina
North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst)
Experience developing and overseeing ABA treatment programs
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Passion for improving the lives of children and families through evidence-based care
