As the leader in accessible massage and skincare, Massage Envy Citiplace is looking for a Sales and Customer Service Associate who thrives on creating meaningful connections, growing client relationships, and promoting overall wellness.
What You’ll Do:

Deliver outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming clients, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth, professional front-desk experience.

Drive sales by promoting memberships, services, and retail products that support total body care.

Build relationships with guests and members to encourage repeat visits and retention.

Support outreach and marketing efforts — social media experience is a big plus!

Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, answering phones, and processing transactions.
