We are seeking a passionate and skilled Breakfast Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. - This position is at a high end all inclusive fly fishing lodge. This is a full time position and candidate will start ASAP
- Qualified candidates must have a great attitude and must be punctual.
- Excellent social skills and great communication is needed for this position
- This position offers 5 breakfast shifts
- Breakfast shift starts at 5:30 am and ends depending on number of guests
- Works under the executive chef
- Responsible for preparing breakfast each morning
- Buffet Style breakfast for anywhere from 2-12 guests. 8-10 guests is realistic daily
- Structured breakfast buffet with a special each day
- Breakfast meats, yogurt, cereal, eggs to order etc.
- Responsible for preparing lunch each day for the following day depending on number of guests
- Keep a list together of food and other kitchen equipment needed
- Must keep kitchen clean and follow all health code standards
- You will be working closely with the guests in the morning and a positive and cheerful attitude is a must.
- Must be well groomed and guest presentable at all times.
- Must be able to consistently be on time or early for the shift. This is a position that punctuality is an absolute must. If you are not a morning person then this position is not for you!
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
