Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Outside Sales Specialist to join our growing residential exterior construction team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners, guiding them through the process of improving and protecting their homes through high-quality exterior solutions.
The Outside Sales Specialist is responsible for conducting in-home consultations, identifying customer needs, and presenting customized solutions for windows, doors, siding, roofing, gutters, decks, outdoor living spaces and beyond. You will manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact through contract execution—while delivering an exceptional customer experience built on professionalism, transparency, and trust.
This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a commission-driven environment, enjoys face-to-face customer interactions, and takes pride in helping homeowners make informed investment decisions. Successful candidates are confident communicators, organized, and motivated by both personal achievement and team success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess homeowners’ needs.
- Provide accurate and detailed estimates for projects.
- Offer personalized sales solutions that align with customer preferences.
- Guide customers through the sales process, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the residential exterior construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to present and explain tailored sales solutions and design options.
- A passion for learning and staying up to date on customer preferences and industry trends.
Compensation & Benefits:
- This is a full-time W2 position offering a base salary plus healthy, uncapped commission.
- This is a performance-driven role where $100K in annual earnings is not a stretch goal, but a realistic and expected outcome for motivated, coachable sales professionals who execute our proven process.

Schedule:
- Full-time position (Monday - Friday availability).
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
