expectations for this position is :
- Propound and respond to discovery RELATING TO plaiNtiff PERSONAL INJURY LAW
- be familiar with needs of litigation attorneys
- be familiar with calendaring and court filings.
- be familiar with filing complaints and communicate with opposing counsel
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in personal injury litigation
- Knowledge of California Civil Procedure and Local Court Rules
- bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- experienced in trial prep
