Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Analyze clinical data and adjust treatment strategies as needed
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and best practices
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
QualificationsRequired
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a clinical team
Preferred
- Active state licensure where applicable
- Experience supervising RBTs and ABA programs
- Experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Multi-state licensure is a plus
Pay: $60.00 - $90.00 per hour
