Blue Harvest Apparel is looking for a fun, creative, energetic Store Manager to lead our Fort Collins boutique. We’re looking for someone who loves fashion, enjoys working with people, and can create a positive and welcoming environment for both customers and employees.

- Retail and sales experience
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused
- Creative with an eye for fashion and merchandising
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable managing day-to-day store operations
- Flexible schedule, including some weekends
- Ability to motivate a team and help meet sales goals
Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and supporting the sales team
- Providing excellent customer service
- Helping drive daily and monthly sales goals
- Merchandising and maintaining store displays
- Training and supporting employees
- Managing daily store operations
- Inventory organization and receiving
- Helping create a fun, positive store environment

We’re looking for someone who is excited to take ownership of the day-to-day store experience and become an important part of the Blue Harvest team.
Pay: $27.00 per hour
