Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and bilingual (Spanish/English) Commercial Construction Worker to join our team. This role requires experience across multiple trades and a strong work ethic. You will be involved in a variety of commercial projects, including tenant buildouts, property renovations, and capital improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interior painting and surface prep
- Installation of LVT, carpet tiles, and other commercial flooring materials
- Sheetrock installation, framing, taping, floating, and texturing
- Minor electrical work (outlet/switch replacement, fixture installs)
- Basic plumbing repairs and fixture installation
- Door hardware and trim work
- Assist with demolition and clean-up as needed
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members in both English and Spanish
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial construction or related field
- Proficient in painting, flooring, drywall, and framing
- Working knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) — required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in active job site conditions

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $17.64 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Year round work
