Duties
- Prepare a variety of sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes with precision and artistry, ensuring high-quality standards are met consistently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station, adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Manage ingredient inventory, monitor freshness, and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Collaborate with the culinary team
- Ensure efficient workflow during busy service hours while upholding the highest standards of quality and presentation
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role in a reputable restaurant or culinary setting
