The Opportunity
We're seeking a dedicated New York Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide individual and couples therapy to diverse teen to adult populations via telehealth. This role offers the flexibility to set your own schedule.

Your Role
As part of our team, you'll provide evidence-based individual therapy via telehealth, conducting thorough assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans. Our practice focuses on OCD, anxiety and relationship issues, but we treat a wide variety of mental health issues. You'll maintain timely documentation, participate in supervision and case consultation, and deliver culturally responsive and ethical care to our diverse client population.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Active LCSW license in New York State
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work remotely and conduct tele-health therapy sessions
Preferred:
- Experience with diverse populations
- Experience with electronic health records
- Bilingual skills
Compensation & Structure
Compensation: $60–$80 per session
Schedule: Flexible work hours, part-time (5 session/week minimum) and scaling up to full-time available.
Start date: Summer 2026
Client Flow: Build caseload with referrals provided by Magenta Therapy.
