Precast Production Worker
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $28.00–$32.00 per hour (DOE)
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Precast Production Worker to join our growing precast polymer concrete manufacturing team. Previous precast concrete or polymer concrete experience is strongly preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong construction or manufacturing background.
This is a skilled manufacturing and construction position, not entry-level general labor. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing quality work, follows safety procedures, and enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
- Manufacture precast polymer concrete products according to company specifications.
- Assemble, prepare, clean, and strip molds.
- Mix materials and assist with pouring and finishing products.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the plant.
- Perform general shop cleanup and maintain a safe, organized work area.
- Follow quality control standards and production schedules.
- Assist with other plant and production duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous precast concrete or polymer concrete experience is strongly preferred.
- Construction, masonry, concrete, manufacturing, or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to regularly lift and carry 50 pounds.
- Comfortable standing, bending, climbing, kneeling, and performing physical work throughout the day.
- Experience safely operating hand tools and power tools.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Forklift, overhead crane, or rigging experience is a plus.
