HireArt is helping our client find a Motion Designer to help shape and elevate its brand through compelling visual storytelling across digital and physical experiences.
In this role, you’ll create engaging motion and visual design assets that strengthen the company's brand identity across marketing, product, and corporate communications. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions that bring the brand to life while maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
The ideal candidate is a creative visual storyteller with a strong eye for design, animation, and brand consistency. They thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy solving creative challenges, and are passionate about delivering polished, impactful visual experiences.
As a Motion Designer, you'll:
- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual assets that strengthen the company's brand across digital channels.
- Evolve and maintain visual brand guidelines to ensure consistency across marketing, product, and corporate communications.
- Design creative assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, digital advertising, presentations, reports, and other marketing materials, including iconography, illustrations, infographics, and interactive content.
- Develop visual assets for physical experiences, including trade show booths, signage, brochures, event materials, and other branded collateral.
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to translate project goals into compelling visual and motion design solutions.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine creative concepts and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to continually elevate the company's visual communications.
- Maintain an organized library of brand assets to support consistency and efficient collaboration.
- A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
- 1-3 years of professional experience in motion design, production design, brand design, or a related creative role
- A strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, digital design, and print design work with excellent typography, color, layout, and visual storytelling
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, as well as Figma or Sketch
- Experience designing for web and mobile platforms with an understanding of UI/UX principles
- Experience preparing print-ready files and designing for physical environments
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience producing video content or editing marketing videos
- Passion for technology and interest in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or related industries

Commitment: This is a full-time, ongoing contract position staffed via HireArt. This role is onsite in Sunnyvale, CA and available to candidates based in the Bay Area.
