Position Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing restoration and reconstruction projects from initiation through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to Sevco’s quality and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage restoration projects end-to-end, including mitigation and reconstruction phases
- Travel to multiple job sites to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and a high level of satisfaction
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and documentation
- Interpret construction plans and scope of work to ensure accurate execution
- Track and manage project costs, including labor, materials, and subcontractor expenses
- Ensure all trades (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, roofing, etc.) perform efficiently and safely
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule
- Balance multiple projects while maintaining operational excellence
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the restoration industry
- Strong knowledge of mitigation and reconstruction processes
- Familiarity with Xactimate, project documentation, and insurance workflows (preferred)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required travel to job sites)
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, etc.) are a plus
