Field Property Inspector
$25-$29 /hour (base + commission) - Training Paid| Full Benefits | NYC Field-Based Role
Are you experienced in construction, basic carpentry, maintenance, or home repairs and looking for an opportunity to use your knowledge in a customer-facing role?
We are seeking a Field Property Inspector to visit residential properties throughout New York City, assess structural issues, identify repair needs, and provide homeowners with practical solutions.
This role combines property inspections, construction knowledge, customer interaction, and sales. No pest control experience is required. Full technical training will be provided.
What You'll Do
- Inspect residential properties and identify structural vulnerabilities and repair needs.
- Evaluate materials, labor requirements, and repair scope.
- Explain findings and recommendations to homeowners.
- Prepare inspection reports and cost estimates.
- Present solutions and service proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects move forward efficiently.
- Travel throughout NYC using public transportation.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in construction, carpentry, handyman services, maintenance, or similar.
- Ability to estimate repair work and materials.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable discussing pricing and recommending solutions.
- Ability to work independently in the field.

Saturday–Wednesday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Thursday & Friday Off
