Here at the Skrimp Shack, we are looking for great people to serve our customers that come for the Fattest Fish Sandwich in town! We have two shifts and we are never open on Sunday. Lunch shift runs from 10 to 4 and the dinner shift runs typically from 4 to 9:30 pm. We are looking for both line cooks/expo's, cashiers and a prep person.
Cook/expo main responsibilities:
- practice great hygiene and cleanliness
- cook all food to order per Skrimp Shack guidelines
- deliver food to customer accurately
- interact with guests with joy
- restock station for the next shift including prep
Cashier responsibilities:
- practice great hygiene and cleanliness
- take all guest orders and answer any questions about the menu
- accurately take orders and cash handling
- maintain the dining area and lobby
- restock your station and clean at the end of shift
Prep responsibilties:
- Prepare food for the day to recipe
- Properly Thaw fish/shrimp for day
- keep back of house clean
- assist on line when needed
