The Chris Schaeding Agency is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Insurance Producer to help individuals and families protect what matters most. If you enjoy building relationships, helping people, and being rewarded for your hard work, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
✅ Generate new business through referrals, networking, and outreach
✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships
✅ Review insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
✅ Quote, sell, and service Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance policies
✅ Follow up with prospects and existing clients
✅ Help clients understand their insurance options and make informed decisions
What We're Looking For:
✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Sales experience preferred but not required
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
✔ Life Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
