We are seeking heart-led, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our caregiving team.
As a CNA at Bethea, you are the heart and soul of our residents' daily lives. Whether you prefer the vibrant morning routine of Day Shift (7a–3:30p) or the quiet, supportive rhythm of Night Shift (11p–7:30a), you will provide the hands-on care, comfort, and companionship that make our community feel like home.
Direct Daily Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene, with dignity and respect.
Mobility Support: Help residents transfer safely, walk, and position comfortably using proper body mechanics and equipment.
Vital Signs & Monitoring: Take and record vital signs, weights, and daily care tasks; promptly report any changes in a resident’s physical or emotional condition to the Charge Nurse.
Dining Assistance: Assist with meal setup, feeding, and monitoring fluid and nutritional intake.
Community & Connection: Maintain clean, safe resident rooms and foster warm, positive relationships with our residents and their families.
Certification: Active, unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of South Carolina (or eligible for reciprocity).
Certifications: Current CPR / BLS certification preferred.
Experience: Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care setting is a plus, but new graduates with a great work ethic and a passion for seniors are welcome!
Skillset: Strong physical stamina, reliable attendance, excellent communication skills, and an empathetic, patient-first mindset.
