Requirements:
- Proven experience in landscaping or horticulture, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of landscape design, installation, and maintenance practices.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials.
- Certification in landscaping or related field is a plus.
