About Us:
Mueller Reports is a leader in property evaluations, delivering high-quality inspection reports to top insurance carriers and lenders nationwide. We’re expanding our Quality Assurance (QA) team and seeking detail-oriented individuals to join us. This is a part-time, remote position with potential for full-time opportunities based on performance.
What You’ll Do:
· Review and refine property inspection reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
· Provide constructive feedback to field inspectors to improve report quality and adherence to organizational and industry standards.

What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant Experience: Background in residential or commercial inspections, insurance underwriting, or related fields is a plus. If you have experience with high-value personal lines or commercial lines insurance, please inform our onboarding team during your call so we can ensure appropriate placement and compensation.
- Core Skills: Strong math, organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Tech Readiness: Comfortable using Microsoft Office and web-based systems. Must have a reliable computer capable of running our proprietary software (Windows or Mac OS, 8GB+ RAM, manufactured within the last 7 years) and high-speed internet.
