The Account Manager is responsible for the overall management, performance, and delivery of integrated facility services. This role serves as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and is responsible for ensuring facilities operate efficiently, safely, and in accordance with established service standards.
Pay: $120,203.20 salaried

Serve as the primary liaison between the client, vendors, and facility support teams.

Manage day-to-day facility operations to ensure service levels and performance expectations are achieved.

Oversee maintenance programs, facility services, and operational activities across the assigned account.

Manage vendor relationships, negotiate services, and monitor contractor performance.

Support and oversee facility improvement projects, renovations, and operational initiatives.

Monitor account budgets, expenses, purchase orders, and financial performance.

Conduct routine facility inspections and ensure operational, safety, and compliance standards are met.

Review service metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop solutions that enhance facility performance and customer satisfaction.

Prepare and deliver operational reports, business reviews, and account updates to leadership and client stakeholders.

Support emergency response activities and coordinate resolution of critical facility issues.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.

Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, property management, building operations, account management, or a related field.

Experience managing vendor relationships, service contracts, and facility operations.

Experience managing budgets, forecasting expenses, and financial reporting.

Strong knowledge of facility maintenance, building operations, and service delivery practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and customer relationship management skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
