Job Summary: The Track Manager at Elev8 Fun is responsible for overseeing the operations of the go-kart track, ensuring a safe, fun, and memorable experience for all guests. This role involves managing staff, maintaining equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and delivering excellent customer service Supervisory Responsibilities: Department Head for all track associates and track mechanic.
Primary Job Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the go-kart track to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests. Manage the scheduling and rotation of staff to ensure optimal coverage and efficient track operations. ● Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for track operations, ensuring consistency and quality. ● Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are strictly followed by both staff and guests. ● Conduct regular safety inspections of the track, go-karts, and related equipment to identify and address any potential hazards. ● Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding track operations and safety standards. ● Conduct safety briefings and training sessions for staff and guests as required. ● Oversee the maintenance and repair of go-karts and track equipment to ensure they are safe and working conditions. ● Coordinate with the maintenance team to schedule regular service and address any mechanical issues promptly. ● Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs for all equipment. ● Lead, motivate, and develop a team of track staff, including track attendants and mechanics. ● Conduct regular training sessions to ensure staff are knowledgeable and adhere to company standards and safety protocols. ● Provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations to staff, addressing any issues promptly ● Monitor and enhance the overall guest experience at the go-kart track, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. ● Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback in a timely and effective manner. ● Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and retention. ● Assist in the development and management of the track’s budget, including revenue and expenses. ● Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve financial targets. ● Analyze sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement and growth. and special events. ● Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure Elev8 Fun’s go-kart track remains a leader in the entertainment sector. ● Manage daily floor shifts, conducting pre-shift meetings, and performing opening, mids, and end-of-day closing procedures ● Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications & Skills: ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. ● Strong organizational and time management skills. ● Mechanical knowledge, EV knowledge, previous Go Kart knowledge is a plus ● Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google, Excel, and other software’s
Education & Experience: ● Degree and or Certificate in auto mechanics or a related field if preferred; OR a combination of education and experience required. Physical Requirements ● Prolonged periods of walking 120,000 sq feet 10 -12 hours per day, working on a computer. ● Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times. ● Able to travel as needed.
Pay: $43,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
