This is an excellent opportunity for an endodontist looking to build a strong specialty practice with the support of an established, doctor-led organization and a robust network of general dentists providing internal referrals. We offer flexibility around the initial schedule and ramp-up period, allowing the right provider to build toward a full-time schedule as patient demand and referral volume grow.
What We’re Looking For
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Completion of an accredited Endodontics residency program
Active North Carolina dental license, or eligibility to obtain licensure
Board-certified or board-eligible
Strong clinical skills and commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Collaborative approach to working with referring general dentists and other specialists
Comfortable treating a broad range of endodontic cases
Commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience
Interest in developing long-term relationships within our internal provider network and surrounding community
