Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated person to join our rapidly growing home modification and accessibility services construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a wide range of residential accessibility projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency on each job. Your expertise will help transform blueprints into reality, contributing to the successful completion of residential home modification projects. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution.
- Execute framing, carpentry, drywall, drywall finishing, floor and wall finishes and trim work with attention to detail.
- Conduct restoration and remodeling projects while maintaining high quality standards
- Collaborate with team members on site to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and using proper hand tools
- Be available to travel overnight
- Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction principles and site operations
- Proficiency in framing and general carpentry
- Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Excellent physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or confined spaces
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to construction sites and equipment
Pay: $23.21 - $27.96 per hour

Experience:
