The Digital Print/Graphic Specialist will provide customer service to all retail customers, including business owners, corporate professionals. He or she produces graphics and print orders. In addition, he or she operates digital copiers among other daily tasks. The Associate expertly advises our valued customers by providing accurate information on our array of products, services, and best-value options and exhibits confidence by knowing best practices related to the industry. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working with production to maintain integrity of design and ensure adherence to specifications
- Revises creative files based on client and internal edits, accurately and efficiently
- Follows print specifications for constructing files and building proofs
- Ensures final art is accurate and error-free, including file construction, organization and prepping of files for print
- Highly organized with an ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and simultaneously handle multiple projects with total accuracy and attention to detail
- Works well as a team player in a flexible, dynamic, and fast-paced environment
Adheres to ever-changing deadlines while consistently delivering accurate work Strong communication, organizational and people skills Proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and have fundamental knowledgeable.
