Dreaming Tree Therapies (DTT) is growing—and we’re looking for passionate, child-centered therapists to grow with us! We’re currently hiring Occupational Therapists (OTs), Physical Therapists (PTs), Developmental Therapists (DTs), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for part-time, flexible roles serving families across the Chicagoland area.

Dreaming Tree Therapies provides developmentally based therapy through Illinois Early Intervention and private services. We believe in empowering children and families through hands-on learning, relationship-based care, and collaborative teamwork. Our therapists work in homes, daycares, and at our supportive clinic space, Dreaming Tree Learning Center (DTLC).

Who You Are:
- Licensed OT, PT, DT, or SLP (or in the process of obtaining licensure)
- Compassionate, curious, and confident in coaching families in real-time
- Open to community-based therapy and relationship-driven care
- Interested in joining a collaborative and flexible team

What You’ll Do:
- Provide in-home and/or clinic-based therapy sessions
- Create individualized treatment plans and developmental goals
- Collaborate with caregivers, other therapists, and professionals
- Maintain timely documentation and participate in team communication
