Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and Lite Commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to customers
- Maintain accurate service records using our mobile software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
- Follow all safety procedures and industry best practices
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle
- Work with office staff and teammates to provide an outstanding customer experience
- Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to lift 75+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Honest, dependable, and team-oriented
- Ability to work independently while representing the company professionally
