Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated <PERSON> to join our dynamic construction team. Duties
- Erect metal buildings with precision, following detailed schematics and technical drawings
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and restoration work to create durable, high-quality surfaces
- Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and schematics to guide project execution
- Install rebar and framing components accurately using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment
- Execute masonry tasks including stucco, siding, plastering, and trim carpentry with attention to detail
- Operate heavy machinery safely for site preparation, lifting, and material transport
- Manage construction site activities efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and project timelines
Skills
- Extensive experience in metal building erection and steel framing techniques
- Proficiency in concrete forming, finishing, rebar installation, and masonry work
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings or schematics
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
- Ability to perform dimensional measurements accurately for precise construction work
- Expertise in roofing, siding, drywall installation (including plastering), and remodeling projects
- Solid understanding of construction management principles and site safety standards
- Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks consistently
- Experience with woodworking, trim carpentry, framing (including metal stud framing), and restoration projects
