Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server Host to welcome guests, manage seating arrangements, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will create a positive first impression and help ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
- Manage waitlists and seating assignments
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area
- Communicate effectively with servers and management regarding table availability
- Assist guests with questions and special requests
- Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Schedule
- Full-time / Part-time available
- Weekends and holidays required
Pay
- Competitive hourly wage
- Tips may be available depending on restaurant business
