Physical Therapist – Hospital
Sonora, CA
We’re seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join the inpatient rehabilitation and acute care team in Sonora, California. This role is ideal for a PT experienced in hospital-based care, helping patients regain mobility, function, and independence.
Evaluate, plan, and provide skilled physical therapy interventions for hospitalized patients
Develop individualized treatment and discharge plans
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
Document patient progress accurately and timely
Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
Active California PT license (or eligible for licensure)
Current BLS certification
Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
Experience in hospital or acute care settings preferred
