Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN): $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
Full-time positions only
Paid out over one year at $416.67 per pay period (excluding months with a third payroll)
Full-Time
6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Registered Nurse (RN): $32.00–$34.00 per hour
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $28.00–$30.00 per hour
Receive an additional $0.10 per hour for each year of verified experience, up to 20 years.

Provide quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
Assess residents and monitor changes in condition
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations
Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment
Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Excellent clinical assessment and nursing skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
