Sales Representitive (Leadership Opportunity)

About the Role
As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is generating revenue by converting leads into paying customers. You'll answer inbound calls, respond to online inquiries, follow up with potential customers, educate clients on our services, and help maintain a full production schedule.
This is a performance-driven position with opportunities for advancement into leadership roles as our company continues to grow.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls and online inquiries.
- Contact new leads quickly through calls and text messages.
- Schedule appointments for detailing, window tinting, and flat glass services.
- Follow up with previous estimates and unsold opportunities.
- Build relationships with customers and recommend the best services for their needs.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth scheduling.
- Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale.
- Learn our products well enough to confidently explain features, benefits, and pricing.
Qualifications
- Sales experience is preferred but not required.
