At Healthy Pets Veterinary Hospital, we believe exceptional medicine starts with an exceptional team. We're looking for an experienced, collaborative Front Office Personnel (FOP) Supervisor to help lead our clinical team while delivering outstanding patient care in a practice that blends high-quality conventional medicine with integrative therapies. Since 2010, we've been helping Bay Area pets live healthier, happier lives through compassionate, individualized care.
This is a full-time, on-site leadership position ideal for a veterinary receptionist who enjoys mentoring others, improving workflows, and setting a high standard for customer service.

What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor the FOP team of 5
- Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture
- Assist with FOP scheduling, training, onboarding, and performance coaching
- Welcome clients and pets, update contact details, and manage the waiting room flow
- Answer calls, screen emergency situations, and direct urgent cases immediately to medical staff
- Calm distressed pet owners and handle sensitive conversations regarding costs, euthanasia, or illness
- Educate clients on treatment plans, medications, preventative care, and follow-up instructions
- Help maintain inventory, equipment, and FOP protocols
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, patient care, and the client experience
- Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments for surgery, boarding, or routine visits
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has 3+ years of veterinary receptionist experience
- Has previous leadership or mentoring experience
- Communicates clearly and professionally with clients and teammates
- Enjoys coaching others and helping a team succeed
- Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Is organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
