We're looking for an experienced, collaborative Front Office Personnel (FOP) Supervisor to help lead our clinical team while delivering outstanding patient care in a practice that blends high-quality conventional medicine with integrative therapies. Since 2010, we've been helping Bay Area pets live healthier, happier lives through compassionate, individualized care.
This is a full-time, on-site leadership position ideal for a veterinary receptionist who enjoys mentoring others, improving workflows, and setting a high standard for customer service.

What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor the FOP team of 5
- Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture
- Assist with FOP scheduling, training, onboarding, and performance coaching
- Welcome clients and pets, update contact details, and manage the waiting room flow
- Answer calls, screen emergency situations, and direct urgent cases immediately to medical staff
- Calm distressed pet owners and handle sensitive conversations regarding costs, euthanasia, or illness
- Educate clients on treatment plans, medications, preventative care, and follow-up instructions
- Help maintain inventory, equipment, and FOP protocols
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, patient care, and the client experience
- Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments for surgery, boarding, or routine visits
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has 3+ years of veterinary receptionist experience
- Has previous leadership or mentoring experience
- Communicates clearly and professionally with clients and teammates
- Enjoys coaching others and helping a team succeed
- Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Is organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
