Engineer Design Contractor
Seeking an Engineer Design Contractor to assist in the planning, design, and development of technical standards for gas distribution infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and sound decision-making capabilities .
As an Engineer in the Design Group , a typical day might include:
- Working on gas storage or gas fueling station assignments
- Designing components or functionality for pipeline products
- Planning and designing mechanical equipment and components for maintenance projects
- Performing system balances to identify system low points and develop solutions
- Providing oversight and support for construction activities

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or General) with 1-3 years of progressive engineering experience
OR
- Equivalent academic education and experience
Certifications (Preferred):
- Engineer in Training (E.I.T.)
- Project Management
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
- Basic proficiency in CAD/GIS (Computer-Assisted Design/Geographic Information System)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Intermediate proficiency in CAD/GIS tools
