Location: Dallas, TX
SuiteMate Staffing Solutions is seeking a dependable and hardworking Maintenance Worker II for a long-term opportunity supporting municipal maintenance operations. This position is ideal for someone with a valid CDL who enjoys hands-on work and isn't afraid to tackle a variety of maintenance tasks in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:

Operate commercial vehicles and equipment, including dump trucks and roll-off trucks

Perform mowing, weed eating, and general grounds maintenance

Clean drainage basins and assist with maintenance activities

Perform building cleaning and housekeeping duties
-
Collect and remove trash and debris throughout the facility

Assist with confined space entry work while following all required safety procedures

Perform manual labor and other maintenance duties as assigned

Follow all safety policies and procedures

Work independently and as part of a team to keep operations running efficiently
Position Details

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Assignment: Long-term with potential for temp-to-hire

Interview: Required

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Qualifications:

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required

Experience operating heavy equipment and commercial vehicles

Ability to perform physically demanding work in various outdoor weather conditions

Comfortable lifting, bending, walking, standing, and performing manual labor throughout the workday

Willingness to perform a variety of maintenance tasks based on daily operational needs

Previous experience in municipal maintenance, construction, utilities, landscaping, or water treatment operations is preferred
