Commercial HVAC Controls System Designer Requirements:
- 3+ years of HVAC Controls System Design or Install experience required
- Knowledge or Hands on experience with Mechanical HVAC Systems required
- Able to read Read Construction/Design Drawings required
- AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, or similar Design software experience required
- Experience with Government, Healthcare, Laboratory, Industrial, or Institutional Projects preferred

Commercial HVAC Controls System Designer Responsibilities:
- Designing HVAC controls and Building Automation Systems (BAS) for commercial, government, healthcare, laboratory, and industrial facilities
- Responsibilities include creating control layouts and drawings, selecting equipment, preparing specifications and cost estimates, and coordinating with engineering and project teams
- Work may include DDC/BAS controls, chillers, boilers, AHUs, cooling towers, pumps, and central plant equipment
