Affordable Home Furnishings is looking for a motivated leader to join our Fast Track Store Manager program. This position is designed for individuals with retail, sales, or rent-to-own experience who want to grow into a Store Manager role.
You'll learn every part of the business-from sales and collections to inventory, deliveries, team leadership, and daily operations-while working directly with experienced managers.

Learn all aspects of store operations

Lead by example in sales and customer service

Help manage customer accounts and collections

Train and motivate team members

Set up and maintain showroom displays

Monitor inventory and merchandise flow

Assist with deliveries, pickups, and warehouse operations when needed

Help recruit, coach, and develop employees

Work toward managing your own store location

What We're Looking For
-
Retail management experience preferred
-
Sales experience required
-
Collections or account management experience preferred
-
Rent-to-own experience is a major plus
-
Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to handle difficult situations professionally

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Valid driver's license with a good driving record

Ability to assist with lifting and moving furniture and appliances
