Core Duties

Receive compensation at a rate of $0.57 per mile plus $30 for every stop.

Begin your workday at 3:00 AM for shifts lasting between 8 and 10 hours.

Drive a Day Cab equipped with a Reefer Trailer.

Handle no-touch freight loads exclusively.

Transport frozen food inventory to various locations.

Complete one to two customer drops daily in addition to backhauls.

Execute precise dock-to-dock deliveries to support efficient warehouse operations.

Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly adhering to all DOT regulations.
Candidate Qualifications

Possession of a current Class A CDL.

At least 24 months of documented, recent experience in commercial driving.

Additional endorsements are welcomed but not mandatory.

Proficiency in maneuvering reefer trailers.

Previous experience with dock-based deliveries is preferred.

Minimum age requirement of 23 years.

Clean record with no DUI or DWI convictions within the last 5 years.

No more than 3 moving violations recorded over the previous 48 months.

Successfully complete a standard DOT physical, drug screening, and background investigation.
