Our project manager needs to have 5-10 years of experience in residential and new home construction.
The ideal candidate will possess skills in project management and be familiar with Sage/Master Builder.
JOB DUTIES:
- Scheduling labor
- Initiating subcontracts
- Manage sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting sub-contractors; monitor and control performance
- Estimating
- Job site inspections as required
- Reviewing plans
- Change orders
- Maintain project files
- Project scheduling
- Progress billing
- Maintains construction human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures.
