We’re looking for an ATC Agent to join our Office of Alcohol & Tobacco Control team to help ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations through the monitoring and inspection of those licensed with, or seeking licensure from, the Office of Alcohol and Tobacco Control. Job Duties:
In this role, you will:

Conduct inspections and investigations and prepare reports of each investigation/inspection. Maintain investigative files and current data on alcoholic beverage and tobacco outlets in assigned area.
Conduct underage compliance operations to determine frequency of sales of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products to minors. Monitors assigned areas for rates of compliance.
Conduct physical Inspections of proposed alcoholic beverage and tobacco outlets applying to be licensed to ensure requirements of state and local laws have been met.

Career Progression: This position may be filled as a ATC Agent 1, 2 or 3
Compensation: The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience.

A Tax and Natural Disaster Clearance will be conducted on all selected applicants to validate the timely submission of tax returns and payments. It is a requirement that all Revenue employees must adhere to all tax laws of the State of Louisiana.
